Set against the backdrop of Coconut Grove, the space blends modern elegance with Italian charm, featuring crisp white linen tablecloths, warm terra-cotta and sage tones and a garden-style patio for alfresco dining. Guided by, and named for, Florence-born hospitality veteran Angelin Kometa, the experience evokes the warmth of family gatherings in Italy, with Miami's modern flair.
A new concept by
South Florida hospitality power-houses Graspa Group and Ariete Hospitality Group are joining forces for the first time to debut Da Angelino, a new Italian concept in Coconut Grove's CocoWalk.
The restaurant will offer elevated yet approachable Italian fare in a white-tablecloth, family-friendly setting.
Graspa Group, an award-winning hospitality firm behind South Florida favorites like Osteria and Salumeria 104, brings decades of expertise in Italian dining. Ariete Group, known for its Michelin-starred namesake restaurant Ariete, and local gems like Chug’s Diner, brings its creative edge and deep roots in Coconut Grove. For Ariete Hospitality partners and brothers Andrew and Michael Falsetto, who grew up dining at Graspa Group concepts with their father, Da Angelino is a full-circle moment. This unique collaboration marks Graspa Group’s first expansion into Coconut Grove and Ariete’s first-ever Italian concept.
